Once you have seen the apartment and you would like to rent it, we will discuss with you the application process. You may also check our Rental Policy for application details. STEELE APARTMENTS RENTAL CRITERIA
1. A COMPLETE APPLICATION
One for each person 18 years of age and Older. We will not accept an incomplete application.
2. IDENTIFICATION
Applicants must submit valid identification with picture. Goverment ID ( Driver License).
3. RENTAL HISTORY
It is your responsibility to provide us with the information necessary to allow us to contact your past Landlords. We reserve the right to deny your application, if after making a good faith effort, we are unable to verify your rental history.
4. SUFFICIENT INCOME/RESOURCES
Applicants must have a gross monthly income source that is (3) Three times the monthly rent of the apartment being rented. Income sources must be verifiable through pay stubs, employer contact, current tax records, and/or bank statements.
5. CREDIT REQUIREMENTS
Good credit is required. Outstanding collection, bankruptcy, lein, repossession, judgment, etc. may result in denial of application.
6. CRIMINAL HISTORY
Management expressly reserves the right to reject any application on the basis that an applicant has been convicted by a court of competent jurisdiction of the illegal manufacture, distribution, possession, or current use of a controlled substance as defined under applicable federal or state laws.
Management also reserves the right to reject any application on the basis that an applicant has a prior record of criminal conviction(s) that involve a threat to health or safety of other individuals.
Management reserves the right to reject any application on the basis that an applicant poses a clear and present threat of substantial harm to others or the dwelling or property itself.
7. DEMEANOR AND BEHAVIOR
The demeanor or behavior of rental applicants during the application process will be considered and evaluated in the sole opinion of Steele Apartment Management.
• Management reserves the right to prohibit the showing of apartments up to thirty (30) minutes before dark and strictly prohibits the showing of apartments that are not in market-ready condition.
